Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all subscription plans, paid listings,
advertising packages, promotional plans, and any other paid services (“Services”) provided
by Pracharwala (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By purchasing any paid plan or subscription on the Pracharwala Platform, you (“User”,
“Customer”, “Business Owner”, “Vendor”) agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  1. No Return, No Exchange of Services
    Pracharwala provides digital business listing and advertising services delivered through the
    online platform.
    All services are digital in nature. Therefore, once a listing is published or advertising service
    is activated, no return or exchange of service is permitted.
  2. Refund Eligibility
    Refund is only applicable if all conditions are met:
    a) Listing Not Published
    A refund may be requested if:
    ● You have paid successfully, and
    ● Pracharwala has not published your listing within 7 business days from the date of
    payment, and
    ● You have not violated any verification requirement.
    b) Duplicate Payment
    A full refund will be provided if:
    ● Due to a technical error, payment was deducted more than once for the same plan,
    and
    ● We have received valid proof of transaction.
    c) Failed Transaction
    A full refund will be provided if:
    ● The amount has been deducted from your bank account,
    ● Your order status shows Payment Failed, and
    ● The amount is not settled in our account.
  3. Non-Refundable Cases
    No refund will be provided in the following cases, including but not limited to:
    ● Listing or advertisement is already published
    ● Listing verification documents are rejected
    ● User fails to provide required documents
    ● User provided wrong/false information
    ● User requested profile removal after publishing
    ● User violated platform rules
    ● User changed business decision after payment
    ● User requested refund after plan expiry
    ● User purchased plan during promotional offer
    ● Any custom digital service has been delivered
  4. Cancellation Policy
    a) User-Initiated Cancellation
    ● You may request cancellation of the service within 24 hours of payment only if the
    listing is not published.
    ● Cancellation after publication is not permitted.
    b) Platform-Initiated Cancellation
    Pracharwala reserves the right to cancel the listing:
    ● If the business information is fraudulent
    ● If documents are incomplete or invalid
    ● If service violates any law or regulation
    ● If content promotes illegal activities
    In such cases, no refund will be provided.
  5. Refund Process
    ● All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
    ● Refund processing time: 7 to 14 business days
    ● Any delay from bank/payment gateway is not under our control.
  6. Proof Required
    To process a refund request, you must share:
    ● Payment screenshot
    ● Transaction ID / UTR number
    ● Phone number used during payment
    ● Order ID (if available)
    Without proof, refund cannot be processed.

  8. Dispute Resolution
    Any refund-related disputes shall be handled according to the Terms of Use and Indian
    Laws.
    Jurisdiction will be in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
  9. Changes to Policy
    Pracharwala may modify this Policy from time to time.
    The updated Policy will be available on the Website.
    Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
  10. Acceptance
    By making payment for any plan, the User acknowledges that:
    ● They have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
    ● They do not have any objection to the non-refundable nature of digital services.
