This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments made on the Pracharwala platform (“Platform”) for services provided by Pracharwala (Proprietorship) (“Pracharwala”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By making any payment on the Platform, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.


1. SERVICES COVERED

This policy applies to:

  • Business listings

  • Advertising and promotional services

  • Subscription plans

  • Digital services offered by Pracharwala


2. CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1 User-Initiated Cancellation

Users may request cancellation of their subscription or service by contacting support at:

Cancellation requests must include registered email ID, phone number, and transaction details.

2.2 Timing of Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made before the service is activated or listing is published.

  • Once a service has been activated, published, or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.

2.3 Pracharwala-Initiated Cancellation

Pracharwala reserves the right to cancel or suspend services if:

  • False or misleading information is provided

  • There is misuse of the Platform

  • Payment fraud is suspected

  • User violates Terms & Conditions

  • Legal or regulatory issues arise

In such cases, refund eligibility will be determined at Pracharwala’s sole discretion.


3. REFUND POLICY

3.1 Non-Refundable Services

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the following are non-refundable:

  • Activated subscriptions

  • Published business listings

  • Advertising campaigns already launched

  • Promotional or marketing services already delivered

  • Processing fees or gateway charges


3.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Payment was deducted but service was not activated

  • Duplicate payment was made

  • Technical error occurred on the Platform

  • Service could not be provided due to fault solely attributable to Pracharwala


3.3 Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must email:

  • Registered name

  • Contact number

  • Transaction ID

  • Reason for refund request

Requests must be made within 7 business days of the transaction date.


3.4 Refund Approval

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Pracharwala.
Pracharwala reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on internal investigation and applicable laws.


3.5 Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method used.


4. NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS RESULTS

Pracharwala provides a digital platform for advertising and business listing services.
We do not guarantee:

  • Customer leads

  • Sales

  • Revenue

  • Business growth

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on business performance.


5. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Pracharwala support.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.


6. FORCE MAJEURE

Pracharwala shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.


7. MODIFICATION OF POLICY

Pracharwala reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Updated policies will be published on the Platform and will be effective immediately upon posting.


8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Courts of Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
